Sustainability Ambassador Program – Industry Connect Binh Duong 2025

Introduction

Industry Connect Binh Duong 2025 is more than just a business networking event – it’s a knowledge-sharing platform focused on building a sustainable future for the Water, Energy, and HVACR sectors. This year’s program will feature captivating topics such as:

  • Digital and Green Transformation in the Water Industry
  • Sustainable Energy Development in Vietnam

With the aim of promoting and connecting sustainable values, the Organizing Committee is proud to introduce the Sustainability Ambassador Program. This is a great opportunity for trade visitors to engage, share, expand their networks, and contribute to the collective growth of the industry.

How to Participate

  1. Register to attend Industry Connect Binh Duong 2025 as a decision-maker in your company. The Organizing Committee (OC) will review your eligibility and send a confirmation email with a unique referral code.
  2. Invite friends and colleagues who are also suitable trade professionals to attend the event. Referred individuals must register successfully and enter your referral code in the “Referral Code” section at: https://ers-vn.informa-info.com/ic25?cid=partner_referral_DaiSu
  3. Verify your participation at the Ambassador Program Counter (located near the check-in area at the event entrance) to claim your benefits.

Timeline

  • Referral deadline: August 12, 2025
  • Winner announcement and prize distribution: Within 45 days after the Industry Connect Binh Duong 2025 event.

Who Can Become an Ambassador?

The program is open to trade visitors attending Industry Connect Binh Duong 2025 who hold purchasing decision-making roles within their companies (e.g., Business Owners, Directors, Procurement Managers, etc.).

  • Participants must register and attend the event in person on August 14, 2025, at BCEC Binh Duong, located at No.1 Le Loi Street, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong.
  • Note: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to approve applications. Only those who receive confirmation via email will be officially recognized as Ambassadors and granted a referral code. Confirmation emails will be sent from:

This program is only applicable to trade visitors who are Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and above.

Who Is an Eligible Referral?

An eligible referral is a person who:

  • Successfully registers for Industry Connect Binh Duong 2025,
  • Holds a purchasing, procurement, or purchasing-influencer role in their company,
  • Inputs a valid referral code in the “Referral Code” field during registration.

Note: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to verify and approve all referred individuals.

This program is only applicable to trade visitors who are Vietnamese citizens aged 18 and above.

Ambassador Rewards

  • The Ambassador with the highest number of valid referrals will receive a Huawei Watch Fit 3.
  • In case of a tie in the number of successful referrals, the shortest time taken to achieve the referrals will be considered to determine the winner.
  • Priority access to industry networking activities during the event.
  • Valuable opportunities to expand your professional network within the Water – Energy – HVACR sectors.
